No, you do not need to be from Chicago to join. The Chicago Club is open to all residents of Laguna Woods Village. The Chicago Club has been known for its high quality entertainment and travel events for the last 45 years. Why change the name? 

After paying online or by mail, you can pick up your membership card at the membership table, located at the entrance, when you attend your next event held in Clubhouse 5. Membership cards will not be mailed. 

Sorry, we don't sell tickets for the monthly Clubhouse 5 events. Entry is first come, first served.  We have seating for 522.  Members entry is free, guests can purchase tickets at the door for $15.00. It’s recommended to arrive early as the doors open at 5:30 PM.  You may bring your own dinner, snacks and drinks.  Meet some new friends and socialize before the events begins at 6:45 PM. 

Members enjoy 12 free entertainment events help every month of the year in Clubhouse 5, held on the second Thursday of the month and a discount on each day bus trip.  The annual cost for membership is $40.00 or about $3.00 per event. 

Yes, guests are welcome to attend all Clubhouse 5 events and you can bring  any number of guests, however, all guests will need to purchase a $15.00 guest ticket at the door.

Membership purchases or renewals can be done online by clicking on the credit card logos below or alternatively, you can download the membership application shown below and either mail it with your payment or turn it in at the next Clubhouse 5 event you attend.  Either online or the written application will get you a membership. Both are not required.

The club hosts a variety of events including; entertainment shows, day bus trips and cruises.

The Chicago Club events held at the Performing Arts Center "PAC" called the "Magical Moments Series" are not included in your membership.  These events are held as fundraising events to supplement the cost of entertainment held at our monthly events in Clubhouse 5.  We ask everyone to support this Series so we can maintain the "top tier" entertainment the Chicago Club is known for at our monthly events.  Information for these events can be found on our website under "PAC Events".
